Part 5: What Are You On?

3 Tips to Make People Wonder What You Are On!

(Continued from Part 4: http://wp.me/ppImQ-nF)

We must each embrace who we are.  That includes our talents, our natural energy level, and our personal communication style.  I’m okay and those different from me are okay also. It’s alright to be EXCITED!

What am I on? “I’m on purpose.”

In conclusion, I’d like to share three tips for getting on purpose and getting revved up about your life.

  1. First, accept yourself.  You are who you are and you can only become your best by being you.
  2. Second, don’t judge, misjudge, or try to change others. It’s hard enough to change ourselves.  No one wants to feel that they are not acceptable. Acceptance is the key.  The best way to do this is to consciously get to know other people on a deeper level.  Share a fear or a hope with someone and see how your relationship changes.
  3. Learn how to use your strengths to your advantage. Learn when to temper your strengths too, for any strength overused can become a liability.  For example, it’s great to be outgoing and to speak up.  It can become a problem when we talk too much and too loudly for the venue.

So, if you want to be energized, and make people wonder with envy about what you are on, learn to love and accept your special style and gifts.  Then, share them with the world!
